Personal Development is defined as follows; it covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.
Basically it’s a fancy way of saying you are trying to better your own mental and physical **mindset to give you a better quality of life! I am such a big personal development believer! Everyday I do at least 30 minutes of different activities to ensure I am always learning and instilling the best into my day, every day! 99% of the time I am using apps to help me do this! There are so many out on the market, most of which I’ve tried but these are ones I use regularly and actually have stuck with instead of getting excited and then bored with it in the same breath.

BOOKS😍
These are my fav when it comes to personal development but I am such a busy person and never really sitting around long enough to be able to actually read a solid book! Which is an absolute shame, the only time I really get to is when I’m away and having to travel.
Because of the busy lifestyles we all lead having books we can listen to is absolutely key! I can be on my travels, headphones in and loving life listening and learning and being the best we can be! There are so many amazing books too!
The secret
She Means Business
Girl Code

4. Motivate
Have you ever felt a bit lost? A bit down? **Procrastinating massively?
Yeah me too, quite a lot actually! And one of the sure fire I do to ensure I snap out of this mood quickly is use motivate.

They vary between times from 2 minutes long and there can even be 15 minutes long depending! You can add your favourites in the favourites tab, so the ones you really connect with you can save and then the next day you get a fresh lot of videos to browse!
It’s such a quick simple but such a workable app!
5. HappyFeed
Ever heard of the fact **gratitude is so important in day to day life? I mean thing about it if you don’t show Gratitude to the universe for what you already have then how can you truly manifest what you desire?
Happy feed is a very simple quick way to write down your daily gratitude. I love a journal and I’d love to be able to say that I can sit there and remember everyday to write in it or even that I have time but unfortunately in the busy lives we all lead it’s not always possible. This alternative is a perfect way to quickly note it all down!
All you have to do is record between 1-3 short positive things from that day! You can even add photos! One of the best things about the app is that it’s fully private. So that means there is no sharing, following or public posting so this is truly an all for you and your own personal thoughts!
I’ve tried a few different gratitude ones and this one is truly my favourite of them all!
6. Think Up
This one works in the same way as the voice recorder! So it uses affirmations to help you visualise your goals and hopefully become the person you’d like to be. Positive affirmations and self talk are key aspects of developing ourselves and making our mind work for us.
This app gives you so many categories to choose from and within them are lists and lists of pre set affirmations you can use already or to give you some inspo to create your own. You can even add relaxing music to help you with your affirmations to keep you positive but relaxed.
You will be asked to record yourself saying those affirmations and then you can listen to them back everyday to give you that much needed self talk.
7. Headspace
Very simple way to help prevent and avoid stress. I find myself using this if I get overwhelmed. It’s great for a time out from life and really begin to appreciate what you have.

**explained
Mindset -
Defined as an attitude, disposition or mood! Can even be an intention or inclination.
Procrastination -
Everyone puts things off until the last minute sometimes, but procrastinators chronically avoid difficult tasks and deliberately look for distractions. In large part it reflects our perennial struggle with self control as well as our inability to accurately predict how we'll feel tomorrow, or the next day. "I don't feel like it" takes precedence over goals however, it then begets a downward spiral of negative emotions that deter future effort.
Procrastinators may say they perform better under pressure, but more often than not that's their way of justifying putting things off. The bright side? It's possible to overcome procrastination—with effort.
Mindfulness -
The practice of being aware of your body, mind, and feelings in the present moment, thought to create a feeling of calm. Mindfulness is about observation without criticism; being compassionate with yourself.
Mindfulness shows us what is happening in our bodies, our emotions, our minds, and in the world. Through mindfulness, we avoid harming ourselves and others.
Gratitude -
A well thought out Thank You, instead of a half-hearted, “Thanks,” often leaves people feeling pretty good. Perhaps there was a moment that you can reflect on, that involved strong feelings of gratitude?
Gratitude is an emotion similar to appreciation that most people are familiar with.
Gratitude has a different meaning within positive psychology than what it means in everyday life.
Most of us associate gratitude with saying “thank you” to someone who has helped us or given us a gift. From a scientific perspective, gratitude is not just an action. Gratitude is a positive emotion, which is really important because it serves a purpose
Affirmations -
It is defined as;
The act of affirming, the assertion that something exists or is true.
For example have you ever sat there and thought about an old friend you hadn’t spoken to for a while. Then all of a sudden within the hour they pop up in a social media chat or phone you?
That’s because you have put out there to the universe thoughts about that person and here they appear. If you apply this to your goals and dreams, if you have a goal of making 10 more sales by the end of the day, and you put it out there that you will, the chances that you will (as well as inputting work) are very very high! (Provided you believe your affirmation!)
Visualisators -
Someone who visualises
